1. Can METACAR help settle an outstanding loan?
Yes, METACAR can help settle outstanding loans, whether in full or partial, subject to METACAR’s guidelines. However, there will be an additional charge of 1% of the settlement sum.
2. Is DOT Service fee refundable?
Yes. The DOT Service fee is refundable ONLY if the Buyer’s loan application is rejected by the bank.
3. Must the car’s tinted film be removed before PUSPAKOM Inspection?
Yes. The tinted film on the windscreen, driver’s side window and front passenger’s side window MUST be removed to comply with PUSPAKOM requirements.

METACAR charges 1% of the loan settlement amount to settle your outstanding loan. The final settlement may be lower than the outstanding loan, subject to the company’s discretion.
5. How long does it usually take to find a buyer on METACAR?
